We are an international, Indigenous-led organization, with our roots firmly planted in Vanuatu and our branches extending across Fiji, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, and Kanaky-New Caledonia. Our work is dedicated to a single, powerful idea: that Melanesian women and girls are not just participants in change, but its essential architects. We harness the power of research and innovative programs to advance leadership in four key areas: education, health, entrepreneurship, and climate resilience.
